I've got a pretty good city going It's called MarkHam City; And I, Mark Hryc, am the Mayor! It's got about 200,000 People and A WHOLE LOT of space left. It also has a positive annual cash flow of about $13,000.
And the taxes are at like 5% for Res., Ind., & Com. And all the services' Budgets are maxed out. NO CHEATS USED. (That Pic isn't my city)
